Basics of the Florida Rules of Civil Procedure
We recently designed a prototype game for the Florida Rules of Civil Procedure. We were hoping to have it posted in time for the upcoming exam; however, we did not necessarily like how the prototype operated. So, we are still working on it. …
In the interim, we decided to make some interactive flashcards regarding the basic rules of Florida Civil Procedure. Chances are, most bar exam applicants will know the answers to the questions, or at least should know the answers. Nevertheless, give it a go; see how many answers you do in fact know. Currently, there are 26 to 28 questions. We hope you enjoy and learn at the same time. Best Regards.
