What are Your Views about the Feb 2016 Florida Bar Exam?

Updated Post Feb 28, 2016: The “survey” is now closed. Thank you kindly to each applicant who took the time to provide us with his or her views regarding the February 2016 Florida Bar Exam. Your information was very helpful! The bottom line results that we gleaned from the February exam can best be stated in picture format as seen above. Essentially, the results were 50/50. Fifty percent of the respondents found the exam to be somewhat difficult, whereas the other fifty percent found it to be somewhat easy. Most all of the applicants’ agreed that the MBE was relatively difficult due to long fact patterns and the Civil Procedure questions.
As for the Florida multiple-choice, the majority of applicants agreed that the tested subjects were Florida Procedure, Evidence, and Business Entities (possibly consisting of both Partnerships and Corporations). As for the essays, the applicants’ responses were mixed. However, the general consensus was that the essays consisted of Constitutional Criminal Procedure, Criminal Law, Ethics (Professional Conduct), Federal Constitutional Law, and UCC 3 with a possible UCC 9 and/or Contracts cross-over.
