If you forgot your password, please contact us. Be sure to tell us the item you purchased, the amount, the date, and the PayPal receipt number of your purchase. We will do our best to promptly assist you.

6. Caveats!

a. Attempted access to our back-end files or to our admin area constitutes a breach of our website policies. Such attempted accessing will automatically invoke security measures that will block and blacklist your IP address (addresses).

b. Website Access Fees are intended solely for temporary access to our password-protected posts and pages. Website access is a service, not a product. 

c. Aplus eBooks reserves the right to “shut down” its website during periods of perceived heightened DNS and/or DDoS threats and/or other attempted illicit attacks. In such cases, the website shall be temporarily offline. In any event, there shall be no website access refunds.

7. Website Password Refunds & PayPal

Due to the sensitive nature of some of our online materials, once you have purchased your password via PayPal, there are no password purchase refunds. Furthermore, PayPal is not the mediator of our Florida Bar Exam materials. PayPal is simply the platform that facilitates your payment. If you happen to disagree with our mock multiple-choice questions/explanations or other exam resources, simply reach out to us and explain your position in a professional and understandable manner.
