July 2018 FL Bar Predictions (“Speculations”)

I. Introduction

As requested by various applicants, here are our July 2018 Florida Bar Exam predictions (“speculations”). As we say with nearly every exam predictions’ posting, your guess is as good as ours. Really, it is!

In an effort to be transparent, and, likewise, to caution each one of you regarding sole reliance upon “exam predictions,” if we say so ourselves, we did not fare very well with our February 2018 essay predictions (“speculations”). Although we were quite disappointed, we are moving ahead in hopes of assisting the July 2018 Florida Bar Exam applicants with passing the exam.

II. Part A Required Subjects

According to the Florida Supreme Court there are three subjects that are required to be tested on every Florida Bar Exam. They are: (1) the Florida Rules of Civil Procedure, (2) the Florida Rules of Criminal Procedure, and (3) certain sections of the Rules of Judicial Administration (see Rule 4.22).
