July 2015 Florida Bar Exam Results
Pass/Fail Results Sept 21, 2015: The Florida Supreme Court posted the July 2015 Florida Bar Exam pass/fail results this morning at 9:00 a.m. The Florida Board of Bar Examiners issued a “Press Release” which you can read here. The “Release” specifies, among other things, the Formal Induction Swearing-In date for new attorneys (October 7, 2015).
July 2015 Pass/Fail Percentages: According to the Florida Board of Bar Examiners’ “Press Release,” there were 2,687 first-time test takers who sat for the July 2015 Florida Bar Exam, 1,851 of whom passed, and 836 of whom failed. The overall passing percentage rate for first-time test takers was 68.9%, whereas the overall passing percentage rate for February 2015 Florida Bar Exam first-time test takers was 64.3% (see, e.g., Feb 2015 FL Bar Results).

Pass/Fail Release Date: The July 2015 Florida Bar Exam pass/fail results will be released on or about September 21, 2015, on the Florida Supreme Court’s website. Notice will be sent via the Court’s Twitter feed (https://twitter.com/flcourts or @flcourts). The Florida Board of Bar Examiners will mail applicants’ their results on that same day. We will be updating this post as more information comes in, so please check back for updates.
July 2015 FL Tested Subjects: Essays (1) Criminal Law, Constitutional Criminal Procedure, Ethics; (2) Contracts, Ethics; and (3) Torts, Ethics; Multiple-Choice: (1) Florida Criminal & Civil Procedure; (2) Wills & Admin of Estates; and (3) Evidence.
July 2015 MBE Results: As we understand it, the July 2015 MBE was extremely difficult! It seemed foreign and feasibly unrecognizable in comparison to prior years-like maybe the NCBE rewrote some of the questions?
