Original Post: Comments’ Section: Florida Bar Exam 2015 Subjects
Multiple-Choice Subjects
We are inclined to believe that Wills & Administration of Estates, Business Entities, and Florida Procedure (Florida Criminal and Civil Procedure and the Rules of Judicial Administration) will be tested on the February 2015 exam (and possibly Florida Juvenile Delinquency Law). It is also possible that Evidence will be tested; however, Evidence has appeared on the last three exams which reduces the potential of it being tested on the February 2015 exam. Nevertheless, for the Florida multiple-choice section, we recommend being well-studied for Wills & Administration of Estates, Business Entities, Evidence, Juvenile Delinquency, and of course, Florida Civil and Criminal Procedure and the Rules of Judicial Admin (§2.330, §2.420, §2.505 and §2.515).
Essay Subjects
As for the essay subjects, we are taking two different approaches-a personal one and a statistical one.
From a personal perspective, we tend to believe that Torts, Property, Florida Constitutional Law, Family Law, and Ethics will be tested as essay subjects on the February 2015 exam. It is very possible that Dependency Law will be tested in conjunction with Family Law. If one of Florida’s newly added subjects is tested on the February 2015 exam, we lean toward Dependency Law (essay cross-over) and/or Juvenile Delinquency Law (MC cross-over). Also, be advised that Trusts might very well be tested this February, even though the examiners’ seem to typically test that subject on the July exam. …
Statistically speaking, there is a 91% chance that Florida Constitutional Law will be tested, a 82% chance that Ethics will be tested, a 73% chance that Torts will be tested, a 55% chance that Family Law will be tested, a 45% chance that Property will be tested, a 27% chance that Trusts will be tested, and a 64% chance that Contracts will be tested as essay subjects (however, Contracts was double-tested on the July 2014 exam, which reduces its probability of being tested on the February 2015 exam). These numbers are based solely on statistical datum as seen from the following essay chart.

Caveat
As we say with every exam prediction, be advised that our predictions are just that-predictions. Please be sure you know the black letter law for all testable subjects. The Florida Board of Bar Examiners have the right to change-up the exam format at their discretion. The only three subjects that are required to be tested on every exam are Criminal and Civil Procedure and the Rules of Judicial Administration. The remaining subjects vary at the examiners discretion.
We hope this information proves helpful.
Blessings and best regards to each one of you!
