I. First Things First—The Florida Supreme Court

A. Required Subjects

Pursuant to the Florida Supreme Court, there are only three subjects that are required to be tested on every Florida Bar Exam. They are: (1) The Florida Rules of Criminal Procedure; (2) The Florida Rules of Civil Procedure; and (3) The Florida Rules of Judicial Administration §§ 2.330, 2.420, 2.505 and 2.515 (see Rule 4-22 Rules of the Florida Supreme Court). All other subjects are fair game.

Note: Although Professionalism (Ethics) is not a required subject per se, (cf. Florida Rules of Criminal Procedure), given the number of times the examiners have tested it, chances are, Ethics will probably be tested on most future Florida Bar Exams (see, e.g., 14-Year Essay Graph (Chart)).
